跖管综合征17例分析

Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome (Analysis of 17 Cases)

本征主要症状为足底感觉缺失,Tinel征阳性、内踝后面肿块、肌肉萎缩、营养性变化和止血带试验阳性、肌电图显示拇展肌终末潜伏期低于正常、X线片显示踝关节陈旧性骨折或骨赘。作者对引起跖管综合征之因素,诊断依据及减压松解术的要点作了讨论。

From 1983 to 1989,we investigated 17 cases of tarsal tunnel syndromeCT. T. S)with decompression of the tarsal tunnel. There was one case involved bilaterally. Signs included sensory deficit on the plantal aspect of the malleolus, muscles atrophy,nutrient dysfunction and positive tourniquet test. Electromyelography showed,the ter- minal latency of the abductor less than normal. X-ray might show old fracture of the ankle joint or osteophyte. Factors involving T. T.S.diagnosis and the stress of decompression were discussed.
