重度肱骨髁间骨折的内固定治疗

Internal Fixations Treatment of Serious Intercondylar Fracture of Humerus

作者对37例Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°严重的肱骨髁间骨折采用内固定治疗。使用的内固定材料中以钢板加螺钉的效果最好,单独应用螺钉的其次,单独应用克氏针的效果最差。总优良率为70.2％。同时对内固定材料的选择、影响疗效的因素作了分析讨论。

During the period of 1980 to 1991,37 cases of serious intercondylar fracture of humerus were treated with open reduction and internal fixations. 37 cases were followed up from 0. 5 to 8 years postoperation. we got the best result in the patients treated with plates and screws .good result only with screws and poor result only Kirschner' s pins. In this paper how to select internal fixator materials and factors influencing the results were discussed.
