摘要
文章分析了采后果实在冷藏过程中内部的热量传递状况,并利用数值方法模拟计算了番茄果实内部一维有内热源不稳态温度场,并根据结果分析了环境温度、呼吸代谢热产对植物传热的影响,从而定量分析了植物热传导过程中的时间迟滞效应。这对于深入研究植物抗逆性机理、果实冷藏保鲜等,具有重要的实际意义。
Based on heat transfer the process of heat transfer in postharvest fruit is analyzed during the cold storage. One-dimensional unsteady conduction with internal heat generation to tomato fruit by use of numerical method is calculated. The effects of heat transfer caused by the environmental temperature and metabolized heat are quantitative analyzed which plays an important role in further researching fruit products during cold storage and on plant stress resistance.
