无选择标记转基因植物研究进展 被引量:2

Major approaches for obtain marker-free transgenic plants

摘要 在植物基因转移过程中,筛选标记基因常被用于筛选转化细胞或组织,给转基因工作带来很大方便;但在获得转基因植物之后,筛选标记基因的表达往往对环境及植物体的生长发育产生不良影响,且不利于使用相同标记基因进行多重转化。为了消除这些弊端,一种全新的发展策略即获得无选择标记转基因植物应运而生。文章主要综述获得无选择标记转基因植物的方法。 Selective marker gene is usually used to select transformed cells or tissue during gene transfer.However, the use of it is harmful to environment, plant development and affects multi-transformation. A new strategy that offers a approach for the elimination of those disadvantages caused by the selectable marker gene is developed. We summarized some methods of correlative marker genes'removal.
