放射性粒子永久植入治疗晚期肿瘤患者的早期疗效

Preliminary clinical results of permanent radioactive seeds implantation for advanced tumors patients

目的 :探讨放射性粒子永久性植入治疗晚期肿瘤的可行性。方法 :自 2 0 0 2年 7月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月 ,18例晚期肿瘤患者在中日友好医院放射肿瘤科接受了放射性粒子12 5I永久性植入治疗。 18例患者中 ,在手术中植入10例 ,经皮肤植入 8例。结果 :中位随访时间为 8个月 (2～ 15个月 ) ,肿瘤完全缓解率为 33.3% ,部分缓解率为2 6 .7% ,无变化率为 2 0 .0 % ,肿瘤进展率为 2 0 .0 %。总有效率为 6 0 .0 %。没有严重的并发症发生。结论 :早期临床结果显示放射性粒子永久植入治疗对局部晚期肿瘤有一定的疗效 。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of permanent radioactive seeds implantation for advanced tumors.Methods:Eighteen advanced tumors patients were treated with permanent radioactive seeds iodine-125 (^(125)I) implantation between July 2002 and October 2003 at Department of Radiation Oncology of China-Japan Friendship Hospital.The intraoperative and percutaneous procedurs were performed for 10 and 8 patients respectively.Results:With a median follow-up of 8 months (range 2-15 months),the complete response (CR) was achieved in 33.3%,the partial response (PR) was achieved in 26.7%,no change (NC) was 20.0%,deterionation was 20.0%.The overall local response rate was 60%.No serious toxicity was observed.Conclusion:Our preliminary clinical results indicated that permanent radioactive seeds implantation with ^(125)I is feasible and benefit to locally advanced tumor.The complication was minimal.
