股骨干骨折髓内针内固定的应用解剖

Anatomical Applicataion of Intramedullary Nailing in Fracture of Femoral Shaft

作者用40根成人股骨观测了骨髓腔的弯曲形态和滋养孔在骨皮质中的穿行长度。在股骨中点处用V型髓内针逆行向上击出,确定了顺行进针的理想部位。实验结果表明,进针部位应选在转子窝前缘,紧贴大转子内侧面较为合适。

The authors observed the curve form of morrow cavity and the length of the penetrative nutrient canal in the cortex of femur.basing on 40 adults. The 'V' type intramedullary nailing is retrograde from the middle part of femoral shaft and go out the trochanteric area,and so as to determine the ideal position of nailing anterograde into medullary cavity. The results in experiment showed that the proper position of anterograde nailing is at anterior -medial margin of trochanteric fossa.
