摘要
采用溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺共聚物纺丝液,并纺制成纤维.研究了丙烯酰胺用量、中和度、引发剂用量、聚乙烯醇用量、交联时间等因素对纤维吸水倍率的影响,并用扫描电镜观察纤维的横截面和纵向表面,对制得的高吸水纤维进行SEM分析.
The copolymer of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylic amide (AM) was prepared through solvent polymerization with initiator, and spinned into fibers. The effects of some factors, such as the content of AM, neutralization degrees, the content of initiator, the content of PVA, crosslinking time, on the absorpion rate are discussed in detail. Furthermore, the SEM of the fiber are investigated.
