摘要
以LiC1饱和水溶液、醇类(甲醇和乙醇)、丙酮等小分子为添加剂,配制聚砜(PSf)/二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)铸膜液,研究该铸膜液的粘度随添加剂的类型和含量的变化情况,重点探讨了PSf/DMAc/LiCl饱和水溶液体系的流变性能.结果表明,水及LiCl饱和水溶液对PSf/DMAc溶液具有增粘作用,而丙酮具有稀释作用,醇类介于二者之间,没有明显的增粘作用,并且稍使溶液粘度下降.PSf/DMAc/LiCl饱和水溶液体系属于切力变稀流体.
The behaviors of polysulfone(PSf)/dimethylacetamide(DMAc)fluids with LiCl, alcohols, acetone as pore-forming additives were studied. Polysulfone (PSf)/dimethylacetamide(DMAc)fluids were made up and the viscosity variety of the fluids with the styles and content of the pore-forming additives, especially the rheology of PSf/DMAc/LiCl saturated aqueous solution system, were investigated. The results show that LiCl saturated aqueous solution is an effect of enhancing the viscosity for the PSf/DMAc solution, but acetone, an effect of decreasing the viscosity. The effect of alcohols is between the two. PSf/DMAc/LiCl saturated aqueous solution system is a shear thinning fluid.
