摘要
利用差示扫描量热(DSC)和动态热机械分析(DMA)方法对不同拉伸倍数的涤纶POY长丝进行测定.结果表明:尽管拉伸倍数只在1.9倍以下,但对其玻璃化转变和结晶度影响很大,尤其是冷结晶峰的变化更为明显;随着拉伸倍数的增加,冷结晶峰向低温方向移动,并有双峰现象出现.这一研究揭示了PETPOY拉伸不均匀会使织物的上染率不匀的原因.
Thermal behaviors of POY PET with different draw ratio are investigated by means of the DSC and DMA thermal analysis. Although draw ratio is under 1.9, the results show that it has a great effect on the glass transition temperature and the degree of crystallinity, especially on cold crystallization. With increasing the draw ratio, the cold crystallization peak shifts to low temperature and the double crystallization peaks began to occur. The results show that the nonuniform drawing is likely to lead to nonuniform dye uptake.
