摘要
作者采用加压螺钉150°内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折56例,经1～8.4年的随访,功能恢复全部达到优良,无任何手术并发症。其中28例已随访5年以上,均未发现股骨头缺血坏死。文内介绍了具体操作方法、生物力学分析及降低术后股骨头缺血坏死发生率的临床体会。
The author treated 56 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture with 150°internal fixation by compression screws.
Follow-up of 1 - 8. 4 years showed good and excellent function without operative complication. No ischemic -
necrotic head of femur were found in 28 cases after follow-up over 5 years. This paper was also discussed about
the technique of operation, biomechanics and the clinic experience of reducing ischemic - necrotic rate of femoral head.
