日益激烈的竞争和先进技术的应用使企业对销售人员的管理越来越重要,并且管理工作越来越细,其核心是对销售人员的绩效考核与评价。对此,管理人员必须做好对销售人员的绩效管理,并在不断改善与改变中提高企业的效益与效率。本文从指标体系的建立谈起,阐述了销售人员绩效管理过程中具体的方法与步骤。
