This article introduced the connection between Programmable Controller and Computer,and the connection among the Programmable Controllers or computer by use of COM port(RS485 and so on)and Network Technique through which it can constitute a Butterfly Valve monitoring control system with many functions such as Local Control、Remote Control and Network Control etc.
