摘要
自1986年6月至1989年底收治上肢创伤患者89例,合并血管损伤27例,其中骨折合并血管损伤9例,发生率为10.1％。认为只有重视对损伤机理的分析、正确判断伤情、早期明确诊断,应用显微血管外科技术,治愈率方能不断提高。
Eighty -nine traumatic cases in upper limb had been treated from June 1986 to December 1989, among them combined with vascular injury in 27 cases-and fracture with vascular injury in 9 cases (10.1%). The authors thought that management should be focused on analysis of injuried mechanism .correct assesment of injuried condition, early correct diagnosis and application of vascular microsurgery to increase cure rate.
