摘要
在对银川平原水资源分布特点和水资源开发利用存在问题进行分析的基础上,从社会经济环境协调发展角度,根据区内水资源条件、开发利用潜力和环境状况,采用数值模拟的方法,对银川平原水资源优化配置模型进行了探索性研究,初步建立了地表水和地下水优化配置模型,优化了地表水与地下水联合开发的配水比例,为银川平原水资源可持续利用和生态环境良性循环提供了科学依据.
Based on analyzing Yinchuan plain water resource's distributing char acteristics and exploitation problems,from the angle of society economy corresp onding development,according to the local water resource condition,development potential and environment status, this article adopted numerical analog method ,exploring study Yinchuan plain water resource's optimizing configure model,pr imarily building the surface water and the ground water's optimizing configure m odel,optimizing the surface water and the ground water's proportion of unite de velopment. It provides scientific evidence of Yinchuan plain water resource cont inuance utilizeation and zoology environment's reasonable circulation.
