Analytical study on sustainable development of city planning in Yinch uan

银川市作为国家西部大开发规划确定的陇海兰新经济带重点开发城市,选择什么样的城市可持续发展战略,成为决策者的当务之急.从城市区域规划、城市总体规划、城市基础设施建设以及城市生态环境等四方面剖析了银川市当前城市规划存在的问题,针对其问题探索银川市城市规划的可持续发展道路,为实现“大银川”城市规划的可持续发展战略提供参考.

The new Longhai and Lanxin economic belt determined by the country's west development planning lays emphasis on the development of Yinchuan city. Th is article analyzed some problems existing in current city planning from four po ints which included city's regional planning,general planning,constructing of basic facilities and ecological environment,explored the road of sustainable de velopment in Yinchuan city's planning according to these four points,and provid ed reference for realizing sustainable development strategy of city planning “B ig Yinchuan.”
