银川市餐厨垃圾管理和处置的初步研究

Initial research on management and disposal of restaurant and kitchen swill in Yinchuan city

餐厨垃圾属于一类较难处置的城市有机垃圾.结合银川市的实际状况,介绍了餐厨垃圾的产生、危害、处理现状与回收利用技术,提出了银川市餐厨垃圾管理政府职能公开化、产生者责任主体化、收运处理市场化和餐厨垃圾资源化的总体思路和一些管理措施.

Restaurant and kitchen swill (RKS) is a sort of organic garbage in c ity, which is not easy to be disposed. The paper, taking the actual situation of restaurants in Yinchuan as examples, introduced the production, treatment and r ecycling technology of RKS. General idea and controlling measure about publishin g of government function and power, responsibility of producer and market operat ion of collection, transport and treatment for RKS were put forward.
