摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱(ICP-AES),测定分析了银川地区紫金花造纸厂污灌区生产大米的铅的质量分数.分析结果显示:该污灌区生产大米中铅的质量分数平均值为4.5mg/kg(n=5),RSD<1%,超过国家对食品中铅的质量分数规定的最高限定值10倍,说明该大米已不能食用;由于尚未超过国家对动物饲料规定的铅的质量分数的最高限定值,因此它尚可作为饲料,但已接近临界状态.
The sewage from paper mill is lead bearing waste water, the question whether the rice watered by sewage is safe to eat becomes a focus. So, the amou nt of lead in planted rice watered by this sewage nearby a paper mill in Yinchua n was determined by ICP-AES. The national standard for the highest amount of le ad in food is 0.4 mg/kg and in fodder is 5 mg/kg. The results showed:the amount of lead in this rice was 4.5 mg/kg,it was 10 times higher than the national st andard for food and was bellow the national standard for fodder.This means it ca n't be eaten,but can be used as fodder.
