二联活菌洁阴泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道炎的实验研究

Research of double live germ for therapy of the bacterial vaginitis in animal

目的 为观察二联活菌洁阴剂体内治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 用致病菌直接注入新西兰大白兔阴道内制成细菌性阴道炎。高、中、低 3个剂量的二联活菌菌粉为治疗组 ,设辅料组和氧氟沙星为对照组 ,治疗观察 5天。结果 中、高剂量的二联活菌菌粉的疗效与氧氟沙星组相同 (P>0 0 5 ) ,均可达到 88%的治愈率 ,明显优于辅料组和空白对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。而氧氟沙星组杀菌效果优于二联活菌制剂 ,但益生菌也同时被杀灭。结论 二联活菌制剂不仅具有与氧氟沙星治疗阴道炎相同的效果 ,同时也重建了阴道内正常菌群微环境。

Aim To observe the effect of curing the bacterial vaginitis by duble live germs.Methods Firstly, bacterial vaginitis model was made by directly inserting pathogenic organisms into the vagina of New Zealand big white rabbits,then all the rabbits were treated with drugs vaginally and observed for five days, The animals were divided into two groups,the treatment group was given high or low dosage of double live germs; while the controlled group metronidazole. Results Dosage of double live germs had the same effective as metronidazole with curing rate of 88%. But local application of metronidazol killed the pathogenic organisms as well as normal live germs.Conclusion The double live germs not only have the same effect as metronidazol in treating the bacterial vaginitis, but also can rebuild the vaginal normal germs to protect the tiny environment.
