摘要
目的 :寻找安全有效的抗突变生物资源 ,为利用生物资源预防肿瘤提供科学依据。方法 :采用修改的Ames试验 ,研究松茸提取物PME对强致癌物B(a)P致突变作用的影响。结果 :PME能显著性抑制B(a)P的致突变作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,对测试菌株TA97、TA98和TA10 0 的诱发回变菌落形成抑制率最高分别达到 91.0 %、97.8%和 90 .5 % ,PME可使B(a)P的诱发回变菌落数下降至阴性范围。PME抑制B(a)P致突变作用存在明显的剂量反应关系。结论 :松茸提取物PME对B(a)P致突变作用具有显著的抑制作用 ,PME具有抗突变作用 。
AIM: To find safe and effective bio-antimutagenic resources for the prevention of tumor. METHODS: The antimutagenic effect of PME on benzo-(a)-pyrene (B(a)P) was studied by the revised Ames test. RESULTS: PME could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of B(a)P (P<0.01). The high inhibitory ratios in strains TA 97, TA 98 and TA 100 were 91.0%, 97.8% and 90.5%, respectively. The revertant colonies induced by B(a)P were reduced to the negative when adding PME. And significant dose-effect relationship existed in the range of the inhibition. CONCLUSION: PME could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of B(a)P. PME was an effective bio-antimutagen, and it might be useful in cancer prevention.
