介绍了研究成功的固体火箭发动机壳体水压仿真装置,其特点是在堵盖中心部位开一圆孔,装入活塞,将力转移至其它装置,从而可减轻壳体水压中后接头的受力。该装置具有结构合理,稳定性好,使用安全,省时等优点.
The successfully developed hydrotest emulation device for a solid rocket motor case has been described. It has a hole in the center part of the closure for mounting a piston to transfer forces, so that the loaded force on the aft boss can be reduced while the case is hydroburst tested. This device has such advantages as rational structure, good stability, safety for use and time saving.
