Urethral Catheterization by Using ureteroscope for Urethral Injury (19 cases Report)

目的探讨输尿管镜下留置导尿管治疗尿道损伤的临床价值。方法输尿管镜下置入导丝,引导导尿管插入膀胱导尿治疗19例。结果19例尿道损伤后尿潴留普通导尿术失败的患者,改用本法导尿成功,疗效满意,6例发生不同程度尿道狭窄,经尿道扩张后治愈。结论输尿管镜下留置导尿管治疗尿道损伤是一种操作简单,损伤小,较安全,恢复快的方法。

Objeetive To discuss the therapeutic value of urethral catheterization by usingureteroscope for treating urethral injury. Methods 19 cases of urethral injury were treated withurethral catheterization after urological guidewire indwelling by using ureteroscope.Results 19 casesof urethral injury complicated by retention of urine failed to regular urethral catheterization weresuccessfully treated with this therapeutic method and produced a good curative effect .6 cases werecomplicated by urethral stricture in varying degrees and cured by urethral dilatation.conclusions This method of urethral catheterization by using ureteroscope for treatingurethral injury is simple low extent of injury and effective.
