摘要
随着社会法治化的进程,加强护理人员的法律意识,提高其法律素质已经迫在眉睫。本文着重探讨了临床护理实践中可能发生的法律问题,并提出了相关建议。
It is extremely urgent to educate nurses with Law and relevant knowledge and enhance theirlegal awareness. This paper aimed to investigate the legal problems associated with nursing clinicalpractice, and proposed suggestions to prevent it.
