摘要 目的评价凝聚胺在交叉配血和不完全抗体检测中的使用。方法 分别用盐水法、菠萝酶法、抗球蛋白法、凝聚胺法对随机200名受血者标本与其同型献血员标本做交叉配血; IgG抗-D血清按比例进行性稀释与谱细胞反应分别用抗球蛋白法和凝聚胺法测定。 结果交叉配血菠萝酶法、抗球蛋白法、凝聚胺法各凝集1例;假凝集盐水法2例、菠萝酶法1例;实验时间凝聚胺法最短。IgG抗-D检测阳性效价抗球蛋白法为1:128,凝聚胺法为1:256。结论凝聚胺法具有简便、快速、敏感性强和排除非免疫细胞聚合引起的假阳性等优点,是目前交叉配血和不完全抗体检测的理想方法。 Objective To estimate the practical value of polybrene method in the cross matchingtest and determination of incomplete antibody. Methods The cross matching test of blood samplesbetween 200 random patients and homologous donor is done with saline water method, pineapple enzymicmethod,coombs test,and polybrene method;The agglutinations of anti-D serum(lgG) diluted by proportionand panel cells are detected by coombs test and polybrene method respectively. Results In these test,we found 1 case of agglutination with pineapple enzymic method , 1 case of agglutination with coombs test,1 case of agglutination with polybrene method. 2 cases of pseudoagglutination have been found by usingsaline water method and 1 case of pseudoagglutination has been found by using pineapple enzymic method.The test time of polybrene method is the shortest.The titer of postive anti-D serum is 1:128 with coombstest and 1:256 with polybrene. Conclusion Compared with other methods, the polybrene method has thefollowing features:simple,rapid,high sensitivity,etc.And it can remove the false positive that causedby the agglutinations of non-immunocyte. It is a ideal method to be used in the cross matching test anddetermination of incomplete antibody at present.
