应用超高倍显微诊断系统活体检测支原体的临床价值

A study on clinical value of detecting urogenital tract Mycoplasma by MDI

目的 探讨应用超高倍显微诊断分析系统( multimedia diagnostic instrument,MDI)活体检测泌尿生殖道支原体的临床价值。 方法应用MDI活体检查法与传统培养法同时检测标本,比较两种方法的诊断符合率、阳性检出率,并对检测结果采用χ2检验进行比较。 结果对2300例疑似患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了检测,MDI活体检测、传统培养法的阳性检出率分别29.17%和21.74%,两种方法的阴、阳性诊断符合率分别为87.00%和83.40%。两种方法检验结果经χ2检验比较无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。结论MDI活体检查法可以快速清晰地观察支原体,并与传统培养法结果比较一致,可视为一种快速、简便的支原体检测新方法。

Objective To explore the clinical value of detecting Mycoplasma in the patients withurogenital tract infection by MDI. Methods 2300 urogenital tract samples from patients with urogenitaltract infection were tested to detect Mycoplasma by MDI and culture. The positive and conformable ratewere calculated and the results were compared by χ2 test. Results In 2300 cases, the positive rateswere 29.17% by MDI and 21.74% by culture respectively. Their positive conformable rate was 87.00% andtheir negative conformable rate was 83.40%. There was no obvious difference in the results between byMDI and by culture (P﹥0.05). Conclusions It is a rapid and simple method to detect Mycoplasma inthe patients with urogenital tract infection by MDI, which is able to observe Mycoplasma rapidly andclearly and is conformable to cultural result basically.
