中药注射引起临床反应的原因分析

目的探讨中药注射剂(chinese medicine injection.TCMI )引起临床反应的原因和特点。为防止其发生和寻求最佳防治措施提供依据。方法 采用前瞻性观察的方法对本门诊用中药治疗的168例病人进行分析,均表现有临床特点。结果 首次注射,空腹和滴速过快,病人过敏体质均为造成过敏反应的主原因,应严格控制和采用有效的防范措施。结论 审慎用药,中药注射剂(TCMI)不良反应是可以防止和大大减少的。

Objective Probe into the reason and characteristic why the traditional Chinese medicineinjection causes clinical response. Offer basis on which prevent it from occurring and seek to preventand cure it best.Method Adopt perspective method of observation occupational disease to analyze 168patients that treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our clinic.
