β趋化因子CCL20及其受体CCR6 mRNA在寻常性银屑病患者皮损中的表达

The mRNA expression of chemokine CCL20 and its receptor CCR6 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨β趋化性细胞因子家族中CC趋化因子配体20(CCL20)及其受体CC趋化因子受体6((3CR6)mRNA在寻常性银屑病患者皮损中的表达情况。方法:应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT—PCR)方法检测35例寻常性银屑病患者皮损和18例正常人皮肤中CCL20和CCR6mRNA的表达。结果:与正常人皮肤相比,寻常性银屑病患者皮损中CCL20与CCR6mRNA的表达水平均明显增高(P<0.001)。结论:寻常性银屑病患者皮损中CCL20和CCR6 mRNA表达水平的上调可能与银屑病的发病有关。

Objective: To investigate the mRNA expression of chemokine CCL20 and its receptor CCR6 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The skin biopsies were collected from skin lesions of 35 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 18 normal controls. Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to analyze the mRNA expression of CCL20 and CCR6 in the skin tissues. Results: The mRNA expression of CCL20 and CCR6 was greatly higher in the lesions than that in normal skin tissues (P < 0.001). Conclusions: These findings indicate that up-regulated mRNA expression of CCL20 and CCR6 might be related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
