牙周病正畸牙齿移动的动物实验研究

The animal experiment of the orthodontic teeth movement on periodontal disease

目的 研究牙周炎患牙正畸治疗的时机。方法 将实验动物分为 3组 ,正常矫治对照组 (A) ,牙周病治疗矫治组 (B) ,牙周病矫治组 (C) ,分别对 3组动物正畸牙齿移动后进行组织学观察。结果 病理组织切片显示 :C组兔牙牙周组织明显破坏 ,可见大量破骨细胞及炎细胞浸润 ,加重了原有的牙龈炎和牙周炎症 ;而A、B两组组织切片均为正常牙齿移动所见 ,且于B组可见膜内化骨现象。结论 对于轻度牙周炎 ,在菌斑得到控制及拥有良好的牙周维护的前提下 ,牙周组织对于正常范围内的正畸力的反应与正常牙齿移动未见明显差别 ;

Objective To study the right time of the orthodontic treatment for periodontal disease.Methods Twenty rabbits were divided into three groups:normal group(A),periodontic treatment group(B),periodontic group(C).Moved the teeth and made the histological sections.Results Histological sections indicated that the periodontal tissue of group C was obviously destroyed and a lot of osteoclasts and inflammatory cells were observed,which aggravated original periodontal disease.Group A and B were all the same as the movement of normal teeth and osseous remodeling existed in group B.Conclusion For the gently periodontal disease,when the plaque is controlled and the periodontal tissue is maintained,the reaction of periodontal tissue to the normal orthodontic power have no obvious difference with the normal tooth;But for the gently periodontal disease which have no treatment can't be moved with the normal orthodontic force.
