银杏露配合治疗儿童哮喘临床观察

Adjuvant effect of Yinxinlu on children asthma

目的 观察银杏露对儿童哮喘 (寒型 )的作用及作用机制。方法 对儿童哮喘 6 6例随机分为两组 ,对照组采用西药常规治疗 ,治疗组在应用西药的基础上加用银杏露干预治疗观察其临床疗效及肺功能变化结果 治疗组临床症状体征改善 (控制显效率 )明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而两组肺功能治疗后无明显差异。结论 银杏露配合西药治疗儿童寒型哮喘疗效优于单用西药对照组 。

OBJECTIVE To study the adjuvant effect and mechanism of Yinxinlu on children asthma (deficiency cold). METHOD 66 children with asthma were divided into 2 groups randomly, the patients in control group were treated with general drug, while the cases in experimental group were treated with general drug adjuvant with Yinxinlu. The clinical effect and the lung function were observed.RESULTS The symptom improvement of experimental group was better than that of the control group, the lung function of two groups were not significant difference.CONCLUSION Yinxinlu can be used for treatment of children asthma.
