摘要
目的:探讨植酸在预防结直肠癌中的作用。方法:将4w龄健康Wistar鼠分为对照组(基础饲料喂养,自由饮水),植酸组(基础饲料,自由饮用2 %植酸钠水溶液),每组15只。两组同时皮下注射二甲肼(1,2-dimethylhydrazine,DMH),剂量为20 mg/kg bw,注射20 w后处死。取出整段大肠观察测量肿瘤的数量、体积大小及形态,同时测量血中NK细胞的活性(LDH释放法)。结果:植酸组大鼠结直肠癌发生率、肿瘤的数量、体积均小于对照组(P<0.05),其血中NK细胞的活性高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在二甲肼诱发的大鼠结直肠癌中,植酸可通过提高NK细胞活性来抑制结直肠癌的发生。
Objective: To study the effect of phytic acid (PHA) on 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) induced colorectal carcinogenesis in rats. Methods: Thirty four weeks old healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,control group given basal diet and PHA group given basal diet plus 2% sodium phytate solution. Both groups were injected DMH weekly for 20 w and then killed . Body weight, mortality, tumour incidence and average size, and natural killer(NK)cell activity were measured. Result: The mortality was lower in PHA group (P<0.05), as well as average tumour size and number. NK cell activity was higher in PHA group than in control group .Conclusion: PHA can inhibit DMH induced colorectal cancinogenesis and enhance NK cell activity in rats.
