麻醉术后病人体位探讨

Discussion on the Posture of Patient after Anesthesia

目的 从麻醉的影响、手术部位 ,来探讨麻醉术后病人的合理体位。方法 选取全麻、硬膜外麻醉术后病人各 75例 ,随机分为对照组和实验组 ,对照组病人术后去枕平卧 6h后改半卧位 ,实验组病人术后直接给半卧位或低半卧位进行对照比较。结果 各组病人生命体征均平稳 ,而对照组病人体位不适感明显高于实验组。结论 麻醉术后病人头痛、呕吐、眩晕与体位无关 。

Objective To compare the anesthesia affection, operation location so that to discuss the ideal posture of patient after anesthesia. Methods Every 75 cases of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia patient were divided into control group and therapy group. The control group was taken as supine decubitus without pillow for 6 h and therapy group was taken semi-reclining position. Results The patient situation was smooth in each group but the malaise feeling was severe in control group. Conclusion The comfortable feeling might related with posture after anesthesia but no relation with headache, vomitting and dizzing.
