12例不伴有腹水的肝性胸水临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hepatic Pleural Fluid without Ascites

目的 探讨不伴有腹水的肝性胸水患者胸水发生机制及治疗。方法 回顾性分析本院 1998- 0 1～ 2 0 0 3- 12期间 12例不伴有腹水的肝性胸水患者的临床资料。结果 经合理的治疗 ,83 33%的患者可在 2～ 8周内肝功能改善、胸水消失。结论 只要治疗得当 。

Objective To explore the patients of hepatic pleural fluid without ascites occurrence the mechanism and treatment. Methods The clinical materials of 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively from January 1998 to December 2003 in my hospital. Results The 83.33% patient could recovery to the normal function of the liver by the reasonable treatment from 2～8 weeks. The hepatic pleural fluid without ascites had disappeared. Conclusion Only the proper treatment performed, most of patient might have good results.
