腹部手术并发韦尼克氏脑病11例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Abdomen Operation Complicated with Wernicke's Encephalopathy

目的 探讨外科病人术后并发韦尼克氏脑病的原因和诊治策略。方法 回顾分析 1990～ 2 0 0 3年以来收治的 11例腹部外科术后并发韦尼克氏脑病患者的临床资料。结果 全部韦尼克氏脑病病人均系外科术后禁食时间较长而并发韦尼克氏脑病 ,经补充维生素B1后症状完全缓解 10例 ,部分缓解 1例 (1年后随访完全缓解 )。结论 临床医生应重视对韦尼克氏脑病的认识 ,对腹部大手术病人应进行预防性用药 ,对减少韦尼克氏脑病的发生 。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis strategy and reasons for Wernicke's encephalopathy of surgical patient after operation. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases Wernicke's encephalopathy who were done abdominal operations were analyzed retrospectively from 1990 to 2003. Results All the 11 Wernicke's patients had encephalopathy after long term fasting, 10 of them were completely recovered after the supplementary of vitamine B1 and 1 partly recovered (completely recovered 1year later). Conclusion Clinic doctors should pay special attention to Wernicke's encephalopathy. It was of great importance for doctors to determine dosage preventively to reduce the possibility of Wernicke's encephalopathy of the patient after abdominal operation.
