摘要 目的 :观察CD44v6和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达 ,探讨两种基因与肿瘤浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :采用微波 LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测CD44v6和VEGF两种基因在 78例NSCLC的表达 ,同时用图像分析仪对染色结果进行定量分析 ,并与 10例正常组织进行对照。结果 :78例NSCLC中 2 7例有淋巴结转移 ,5 1例无转移 ;所有NSCLC中CD44v6和VEGF两种基因的平均光密度 (OD)值均增高 ,与正常组织的OD值比较有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;淋巴结转移组的OD值明显增高 ,与非淋巴结转移组之间差异更为显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :NSCLC中CD44v6和VEGF的表达强度与淋巴结转移密切相关 ,两者均可作为判定NSCLC病人预后和发生转移的生物学指标之一。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of CD44v6 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to explore the relationship of the two genes with lymph node metastasis and infiltration of NSCLC.Methods:Immunohistochemistry (LSAB method) was applied to detecting expressions of CD44v6 and VEGF in 78 cases of NSCLC and 10 normal controls.And image pattern analysis was used to measure quantitatively the positivivity of staining for the two proteins.The results were compared with those from the normal controls.Results:Of the 78 cases of NSCLC,27 were suffering from lymph node metastasis.The average optical density of both CD44v6 and VEGF was increased in all the cases of NSCLC with a significant difference from that in normal controls ( P <0.01);OD value in those with lymph node metastasis was elevated even greatly and it was significantly different from that in the patients without metastasis ( P <0.01).Conclusions:The positivity of CD44v6 and VEGF expressions was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis in NSCLC.These two proteins would be considered as hopeful markers for predicting the prognosis and metastasis of NSCLC.
