2003年我院抗微生物药物(注射剂)使用分析

Analysis of the Use of Antimicrobials(Injection) in Our Hospital During the Period 2003

目的 了解我院抗微生物药物 (注射剂 )的应用情况及发展趋势。方法 收集 2 0 0 3年度医院用药信息数据 ,采用 Excel进行统计分析。 结果 “医保”药物基本达总用药频度的 80 %。较常用的抗微生物药物为头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、青霉素类。以头孢三嗪的用药频度为最高。 结论 我院抗微生物药物用药结构基本合理。

OBJECTIVE To make clear the situation and trend of the antimicrobials used in our hospital.METHODS A year of 2003 drug information database was collected and analyzed with Microsoft Excel software.RESULTS About 80% of DDDs was the assigned drugs of medical insurance. The commonly-used antimicrobials were cephalosporins, aminoglycoside, penicillins. Ceftriaxone was the most commonly-used antimicrobials.CONCLUSION The structure of drug-use of antimicorbials in our hospital is rational on the whole.
