薄层色谱法鉴别护肝宁片中丹参和灵芝

Identification of Satvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. and Ganoderma Lucidum Karst in Huganning Pian by TLC

目的 探讨护肝宁片中丹参和灵芝的鉴别方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰 ,相互间分离良好 ,空白实验表明阴性样品对药材的鉴别没有干挠。 结论 方法简便快速 ,可用于本制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To a identify of Satvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and Ganoderma Lucidum Karst in Huganning Pian.METHODS TLC method was used for the identification of Satvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and Ganodermal Lucidum Karst.RESULTS TLC chromatograms spots were clear not disturbed identification.CONCLUSION There are simple merhod which can be used to control the qulity of Huganning Pian.
