Determination of Paeoniflorin in Kuntaian Granule by HPLC

目的 测定中药坤泰安中芍药苷的含量。 方法 用十八烷基键合硅胶柱分离芍药苷 ,流动相 :乙腈 -0 .0 1%磷酸 ( 15∶ 85 ) ;检测波长 :2 3 0 nm。 结果 理论塔板数按芍药苷计算为 2 5 0 0 ;芍药苷在 0 .3 0 8μg～ 3 .696μg之间呈良好的线形关系 ;r=0 .99998,平均回收率为 98.5 0 % ,RSD=0 .74% ( n=5 )。 结论 方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,专属性强 ,可作为样品的检验方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kuntaian Granule.METHODS The sample was extracted with methyl.The chromatographic conditions were as follow:Zorbax SB-C 18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with a mobil phase of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid(15∶85),the detection wavelength at 230nm and the flow rate being 1.0ml·min -1 .RESULTS A linearity was obtained from 0.308μg to 3.696μg of paeoniflorin with a good correlation(r=0.99998,n=6).The average recovery was 98.50% and RSD was 0.74%(n=5).CONCLUSION The results showed that this method for determination of paeoniflorin in Kuntaian Granule is easy,sensitive,specific and accurate.
