三阶导数法测定派瑞松霜中硝酸益康唑的含量

Determination of Econazolum Nitrate by Third Order Derivative Spectrophotometruy

目的 建立派瑞松霜中硝酸益康唑的含量测定方法。 方法 采用三阶导数光谱法于 2 3 1nm,2 3 7nm等波长处测定派瑞松的含量。结果 派瑞松霜中硝酸益康唑的线性范围为 2～ 2 3 μg·m L- 1 ( r=0 .9999,n=5 ) ,平均回收率 99.0 2 % ( RSD=0 .47% ,n=6)。结论 本方法简便、准确、快速 ,可用于产品质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of econazolum nitrate.METHODS Third derivative spectrophotometry was used.RESULTS The linear relation was obtained in the range of 2～23μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999,n=5),the average recovery was 99.02%(RSD=0.47%,n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple accurate and rapid,it cantrol of econazolum nitrate.
