高抗挤毁石油套管的试制

Trial Manufacture of High Anti-collapse Oil Casing

在充分了解油田实际使用工况的基础上,通过科研攻关与合作,为青海油田成功开发了一种高抗挤毁套管TP110TT。检验结果表明,TP110TT套管完全达到了设计技术指标。介绍了该钢级套管的开发背景、套管的性能指标、基本生产工艺过程及实际性能检验结果等方面情况。

Based on full knowledge of the casing service conditions of Qinghai Oil Field, a high anti-collapse casing named TP110TT is successfully developed by Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation in the way of a special R & D force and cooperation with other parties. Relevant inspection/testing results show that the said casing has been up to all the designed technical target values. Described in the paper are such aspects of the casing as development background, designed property values, manufacturing process steps as well as results of property inspection/testing of the casing.
