摘要
目的 :确定中国西北人群中 2型糖尿病 (T2DM )与PPAR γ2 基因Pro1 2Ala多态性的关联性 .方法 :应用模板指导荧光标记终止子结合的荧光偏振 (TDI FP)技术确定PPAR γ2 基因Pro1 2Ala多态性的基因型 .比较基因型及基因频率在两组中的差异 .结果 :PPAR γ2 基因Pro1 2Ala多态性基因型及基因频率在T2DM组和对照组中分别为 5 .9%和 5 .8% ,无显著性差异 .结论 :TDI FP技术是一种较可靠的新型单核苷酸多态性 (SNP)技术 .在本实验中的中国西北人群中PPAR γ2 基因Pro1
AIM: To investigate the correlation between the type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and Pro12Ala polymorphism of PPAR γ 2 gene. METHODS: The polymorphism was analyzed by TDI FP (Template directed Dye terminator Incorporation with Fluorescence Polarization) technology. The frequencies of the polymorphism in two groups were compared. RESULTS: The frequencies of the polymorphism in T2DM and control groups were 5.9% and 5.8%, respectively and there was no correlation between the Pro12Ala polymorphism and T2DM. CONCLUSION: The TDI FP technology is a new specific and sensitive method suitable for automatic genotyping in large number samples. Pro12Ala polymorphism of PPAR γ 2 gene has no relation with T2DM in Northwest Chinese population.
