摘要 目的 :应用光学显微镜和电子显微镜研究高半乳糖血症幼鼠发病早期晶状体的病理改变 ,探讨高半乳糖血症发病过程中晶状体结构的改变过程 .方法 :应用Wistar大鼠幼鼠采用腹腔注射半乳糖的方法诱发高半乳糖血症 ,在发病早期阶段取晶状体 ,分别应用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察晶状体结构的改变 .结果 :Wistar大鼠幼鼠在诱发高半乳糖血症后的 3d光镜即可见晶状体上皮细胞出现细胞内空泡 ,纤维肿胀 .电镜下可见细胞膜上的缝管连接异常 ,胞质内可见许多空泡样结构出现 .结论 :高半乳糖血症在发病早期即可导致晶体浑浊 。 AIM: To observe the pathological changes in the lens of hypergalactosemia mice. METHODS: By intraperitoneal injection of galactose, the hypergalactosemia mice models were induced. The lens of the mice were enucleated and were observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy in the early stage of the disease.RESULTS: On the third day of hypergalactosemia induction, many vacuoles were observed in the epithelial cells of the lens by light microscopy, and the fibers were also observed to have been swollen. The electron microscopic examination revealed that the gap junctions were destroyed on membranes of the epithelial cells of the lens and many vacuoles were observed in the plasma of the cells. CONCLUSION: Hypergalactosemia at the early period can cause lens opacity and finally lead to cataract.
