摘要
研究了以多肉植物水晶掌 (Haworthiacymbiformis) 花葶为外植体的愈伤组织的器官发生和植株再生技术。培养基采用MS基本培养基 ,附加不同激素组合 ,BA浓度在 0~ 3mg L之间 ,NAA浓度在 0~ 2mg L之间 ,IBA浓度在 0~ 1mg L之间 ,分别诱导获得愈伤组织、芽和根 ,并遴选出最佳激素组合 ,以此建立水晶掌试管苗无性繁殖体系。
The organogenesis and plant regeneration of Haworthia cymbiformis was studied by using the scape as initial explants. The calzli, buds and roots were induced respectively on the various media got by adding 0~3mg/L BA, 0~2mg/L NAA and 0~1mg/L IBA to MS medium. The optimum hormone combinations were selected and the test-tube plantlet cloning was established.
