摘要
以克螟稻Ts5为亲本与另 5个感虫亲本作正反杂交 ,结果表明 ,10个杂交组合的F1 中 ,以Ts5为父本所配组合杂种优势强于以Ts5为母本所配的组合。F2 的抗虫株与非抗虫株群体在农艺性状上无显著差异 ;但某些农艺性状 ,F2 的抗虫株、非抗虫株群体与亲本相比 ,达显著或极显著差异。F3的抗虫株与非抗虫株群体及亲本在分蘖动态变化上无显著差异。上述试验结果为低代抗虫株系的田间筛选提供了参考依据。
A reciprocol cross between the borer-resistant rice Ts5 and 5 conventional rice varieties was carried out. The results showed that the hybrid vigor of the F 1 when Ts5 was used as male parent was stronger than that when Ts5 was used as female parent. No significant differences in main agronomic traits were found between the insect-resistant plants and the non-resistant plants in the F 2. But some agronomic trait differences were significant or very significant between the F 2 and their parents. No significant differences in tillering behavior were found among the insect-resistant plants and non-resistant plants of F 3 and their parents. The above results could be used as reference for selection of the insect-resistant plants in low progenies.
