摘要
用比较分析的方法 ,对白菜核雄性不育两用系中不育株与可育株的植株性状、育性、花器结构和花粉扫描电镜形态等进行观察研究 ,结果表明 :白菜核雄性不育两用系中不育株花粉败育彻底 ,不育株与可育株呈1∶1分离 ,是一种稳定可靠的核雄性不育两用系 ;对不育株与可育株花蕾总蛋白进行了SDS PAGE凝胶电泳 ,发现不育株与可育株都有各自的一条特异蛋白条带 ,分别命名为A 1和B 1,两者的表达量都比较高。
The differences in the plant characters, fertility, structure of floral organs, and pollen forms under scanning electron microscope between the genic male sterility (GMS) line and the maintainer line of Chinese cabbage-pak-choi were studied through comparative analysis. The results showed that the A-line and B-line of Chinese cabbage-pak-choi were reliable and stable, the pollen of sterile plants was abortive thoroughly, and the ratio of sterile plants to fertile plants was 1∶1. A band of specific protein was found in both sterile and fertile plants by SDS-PAGE analysis of their floral buds, which had a high expression and was respectively named A-1 and B-1.
