摘要
对二份矮生西瓜材料矮生基因的遗传分析研究表明 ,一份矮生西瓜的矮生性状由二对独立的隐性矮生基因控制 (属双隐性矮生类型 ,表现为短蔓 ) ,另一份矮生西瓜的矮生性状由一对独立的隐性矮生基因控制(属单隐性矮生类型 ,表现为中蔓 ) ,矮生基因的遗传符合独立分配规律。通过采用杂交分离的方法对矮生西瓜材料的不良农艺性状进行改良 ,获得了符合生产栽培要求的矮生西瓜新品系。
The genetic analysis of dwarf plant characters of two watermelon lines showed that the dwarf character were controlled by two independent recessive genes in the line P1 expressing short vine, and were dominated by an independent recessive gene in the line P2 showing medium vine. Several dwarf watermelon lines with good agronomic and economic characters were obtained through bybridization and segregation of the dwarf watermelon lines with poor agronomic and economic characters.
