摘要
针对上海郊区农业结构性调整以及各种“特色农业”、“生态建设”应运而生 ,简述了当前农业气象工作现状和需求前景 ,并就面向 2 1世纪创新型农业气象业务运行体系建立、农业气象技术改进与应用以及增强农业气象对外服务能力等问题 ,提出相应的对策和建议。
The present situation and the demand prospect of agro-meteorological service were sketched according to the adjustment of agricultural production structure and various forms of “characteristic agriculture” and “ecological construction” emerging as the times require in Shanghai suburbs. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to build a new system of agrometeorological service, improve and apply agro-meteorological forecasting and heighten the ability of agro-meteorological service.
