摘要
鸡球虫苗在不同保存温度下 ,其球虫卵囊的活性和疫苗的免疫力都产生不同的效果。本实验将鸡球虫疫苗分别放在温度为 4℃、室温、35℃、- 18℃的环境中保存 2个月和 12个月 ,然后进行球虫疫苗 (卵囊 )活性测定和免疫攻击试验。结果表明 ,球虫疫苗在 4℃条件下保存 12个月 ,仍保持较高的活性和免疫力。在低温冷冻和高温条件下 ,球虫疫苗的卵囊活性和免疫力都受到不同程度的破坏 ,尤其是低温冷冻 ,免疫力几乎丧失。
The chicken coccidiosis vaccine was stored at 4℃,35℃,-18℃and room temperature for 2 and 12 months respectively,and its activity assay and immunologic challenge test were carried out. The results showed that the coccidiosis vaccine stored at 4℃ for 12 months still had a rather high activity and immunity,but under lower or higher temperature,its oocyst activity and immunity decreased to some extent,and its immunity lost under freezing temperature.
