电子皮肤镜对脂溢性角化病皮损的观察

Observation of electronic dermatoscope on seborrheic keratosis

目的 了解电子皮肤镜在诊断脂溢性角化病中的价值。方法 利用电子皮肤镜观察诊断 32例脂溢性角化病 ,临床肉眼观察诊断 38例脂溢性角化病 ,经皮肤组织病理确诊 ,比较电子皮肤镜与临床肉眼观察诊断脂溢性角化病的正确诊断率。结果 电子皮肤镜对脂溢性角化病的正确诊断率为 93.8% ,明显高于临床肉眼观察诊断组 ( 71.1% )。脂溢性角化病的皮损在电子皮肤镜下可分为 4种类型。结论 电子皮肤镜可以为诊断脂溢性角化病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要依据 ,具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the value provided by dermatoscopic examinations for diagnosis of seborrheic keratosis. Methods Lesions of 32 patients were examined with a dermatoscope and were diagnosed as seborrheic keratosis. As control group, 38 patients diagnosed with the naked eye were studied too. Histologic diagnosis was carried out after removal of the lesions. Diagnostic accuracy by two mothods were evaluated. The dermatoscopic images and the corresponding histopathologic diagnoses were compared. Results Using dermatoscopic evaluation, 93.8% diagnostic accuracy was achieved, whereas clinical evaluation had 71.1% diagnostic accuracy. The results showed that the surface profile of seborrheic keratoses is mainly classified into four types. Conclusions The use of the electronic dermatoscope can help the dermatologist in the clinical diagnosis of seborrheic keratoses.
