心血管活动改变对家兔肾传出神经放电的影响 被引量:1

THE EFFECT OF RABBIT’S RENAL EFFERENT NERVE DISCHARGE BY THE ALTERING OF CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION

摘要 目的 :应用电生理技术研究心血管活动改变对家兔传出肾神经放电的影响 ,以探讨肾脏电活动与心血管活动之间的联系。方法 :分别给家兔静脉注射肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和乙酰胆碱 ,同步观察心率、动脉血压和肾传出神经放电的变化。结果 :肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素使心率加快、动脉血压升高的同时 ,使肾传出神经放电活动抑制 ,乙酰胆碱的效应则相反。结论 :心血管的功能活动变化对肾传出神经产生影响 。 Objective: To discuss the relationship of renal electrical activity and the change of Cardiovascular function, with electrophysiological technology to investigate the effects of rabbit’s renal efferent nerve discharge by the altering of Cardiovascular function. Method: To observe the heart rate, arterial blood pressure and the instance of renal efferent nerve discharge at the same time, when adrenalin, noradrenalin and acetylcholine were injected respectively in the vein of rabbits. Result: The heart rate and arterial blood pressure was remarkably increased, and meanwhile, the renal efferent nerve discharge was significantly inhibited when the adrenalin and noradrenalin were mainlined. However, the injected of acetylcholine induced contrary effects. Conclusion: The change of Cardiovascular function may affect the discharge of renal efferent nerve, and this affection acted a very important role to regulate the function of renal.
