摘要
目的 :探讨不同浓度的神经肽P物质 (SP)对大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响 ,以及不同浓度Ca2 + 对SP诱导肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响。方法 :应用荧光分光光度计观察SP、Ca2 + 对大鼠肥大细胞组胺释放率的影响。结果 :①SP可刺激肥大细胞脱颗粒 ,其组胺释放率与SP浓度呈显著正相关 (r=0 .976 ,P <0 .0 1 )。②SP物质刺激肥大细胞脱颗粒与细胞外Ca2 + 浓度相关 (r=0 .70 9,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :SP呈剂量依赖性刺激肥大细胞脱颗粒 ,Ca2 + 可促进肥大细胞脱颗粒。
Objective: To study the effects of substance P and calcium on rat mast cell degranulation. Methods: Fluorometric microassay was used to observe the effect of different concentrations of substance P and calcium on mast cell degranulation. Result: ①Substance P could significantly increase histamine release from rat mast cells; the histamine release rate was positively correlated to the concentration of substance P (r=0.976, P<0.01). ②The concentration of calcium could significantly affect substance P in inducing mast cell degranulation(r=0.709, P<0.013). Conclusion: Substance P could stimulate histamine release from mast cells in a dose-dependent manner; calcium could promote the rat mast cell degranulation within the range of 1~3mmol/L.
