焊接过程语音提示卡设计

摘要 为了使焊接机器人操作者对焊接临界状态或极限不正常情况及时监控,避免焊接中断和焊接事故,依据管道弧焊机器人工作原理,采用语音集成电路UM5100的语音合成算法,设计了基于有限词汇的语音提示卡,并在管道弧焊机器人上进行了调试运行,结果表明,语音提示卡能对焊接过程进行有效监控,增强管道弧焊机器人控制系统的稳定性,提高了焊接效率。 To aim to ensure that the welding robot handlers can scout and control the welding critical state or utmost deviant instance in time, and to avoid welding intermit and welding accident, the paper designed Speech Synthesis warning card with limited vocabulary according as the principle of pipe arc welding robot and adopting synthesis arithmetic of speech IC, UM5100. And the card have been debugged in the pipe arc welding robot. As a result, the speech warning card can scout and control effectively the welding process, reinforce the stability of pipe arc welding robot control system, and can heighten welding efficiency.
